The Modern CIO

The way we work

Our journey starts by helping our customers to crystallise their requirements during our briefing session. We ask questions that may not have been considered and create Assignment Brief’s that provide a full picture of the company, context and position. If there are multiple decision makers we encourage each stakeholder to provide input to ensure thoughts are aligned. Project timeframes are agreed so that all parties have a clear view of key milestones and panellists can plan time to meet their chosen shortlisted candidates. We can advise on the interview process too.
